LandDesign is an Engineering firm with 20+ years of experience. Gaining my knowledge from a Civil Engineer's approach has allowed me to understand how to pinpoint land with developmental potential. Over the years this has given me a competitive advantage when analyzing a site. Since joining LandDesign I've seen hundreds of engineering plans, been a part of 11 land deals, and partnered in 2. As the Director of Land Acquisitions, I pride my work on integrity and commitment to delivering results with the highest quality standards. The professional teams I've worked closely with know how to collaborate with investors, landowners, and builders to come up with results that exceed expectations.

Once we began to acquire land and entitle it ready for builders to acquire we understood our value in establishing the pipeline for when they came knocking at our door.
